Shipping options and charges
Sky Solutions offers domestic shipping to eligible addresses shown at checkout. Available shipping methods and the total shipping charge are displayed before you place your order. Standard and Express options are offered where available. Any free-shipping offer applies only when shown at checkout.
Processing and delivery estimates
Please allow an estimated 1–2 business days for order processing after payment is confirmed. Standard shipping is estimated to take an additional 3–7 business days after dispatch. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If a different delivery estimate is shown at checkout for your order, that estimate applies. Express availability and delivery estimates are shown at checkout where offered; processing time is separate unless otherwise stated.
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Holidays, severe weather, carrier delays and high order volumes can affect delivery. If a material delay affects your order, we will contact you with an updated estimate and available cancellation or refund options.
Tracking and split shipments
When tracking becomes available, it will be provided with your shipment confirmation or order status. An order may arrive in more than one package. Tracking updates can take time to appear after a shipping label is created.
Addresses, changes and cancellations
Please check your shipping address before submitting your order. Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes or cancellations may not be possible once fulfillment has started. If an order is returned because an address was incorrect or incomplete, contact us to arrange a refund or reshipment; any additional shipping charge will be explained before reshipment.
Delivery problems
